This document sets out the terms governing your use of the website at happyplace.technology (the “Website”). The Website is an informational pre-launch presence for Happy Place Technologies India Pvt Ltd. It does not currently provide access to the Happy Place platform or application.

The Website is operated by Happy Place Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India. References to “Happy Place”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to Happy Place Technologies India Pvt Ltd.

Happy Place is building the Unified Commerce Application Layer — a platform built on the Universal Commerce Ontology, structured around the four Primary Relationships of commerce: Buyer, Seller, Agent, and Government.

You may use the Website for the following lawful purposes:

• Reading and downloading publicly available content and publications
• Submitting your email address to register for early access notifications
• Submitting a request to access the Happy Place Whitepaper
• Contacting us through any contact forms or email addresses provided
• Sharing Website content via social media or other platforms, provided attribution to Happy Place Technologies India Pvt Ltd is maintained

When using the Website, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems

The Website offers an early access notification form through which you may submit your email address to be notified when the Happy Place platform launches.

• Submission of your email address constitutes consent to receive launch notifications and relevant updates from Happy Place
• We will not share your email address with third parties without your consent
• You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at hello@happyplace.technology
• Registration does not guarantee access to the platform, create any contractual obligation, or constitute a reservation of any product or service
• Happy Place reserves the right to determine platform access terms at launch

Certain publications, including the Happy Place Whitepaper, are available on a controlled-access basis. Access requires submission of a request form, which Happy Place evaluates at its sole discretion.

CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATION

By requesting and receiving access to the Whitepaper or any other controlled-access publication, you agree that:

• The document is confidential and intended solely for your personal review
• You will not reproduce, distribute, publish, or share the document or its contents with any third party without our express written consent
• You will not use the document or its contents to develop, assist, or advise any competing product, service, or investment without our express written consent
• The document does not constitute an offer of securities, financial advice, or a solicitation of investment
